The Social Development Forum of Council for Social Development organizes an annual discussion on Union Budget to assess critical implications of the budget. The discussion primarily focuses on the macroeconomic overview of the budget and budgetary allocations on social sectors, agriculture and rural development. The session on social sectors mainly analyses budgetary allocation on health, education and marginalized sections like women, SCs, Sts and minorities.
