Dr. Nancy
Dr. Nancy has done her PhD on Subcontracting in India’s Organised and Unorganised Manufacturing Sector, from the Centre for Economic Studies and Planning, Jawaharlal Nehru University. Her M.Phil. was on Women’s autonomy in North and South India, from the same centre. Her research interests are gender, labour, manufacturing and gig economy. She is currently working as Research Associate on the project ‘Contextualising the role of caste and gender in defining employment and earning outcomes in the gig economy’ at CSD.
